Need a quick crochet pattern? Well, I’ve got you covered! Work up the Easy Coffee Cozy in about 30 minutes (depending on your crochet speed).

The Easy Coffee Cozy Crochet Pattern will keep your hand from burning on those hot coffee or tea cups. They also look super cute on your cup and will be sure to sell well at market events.

The pattern is worked with medium weight #4 yarn, about 50 yards. It is worked in vertical rows with a border added to the top and bottom after. Cozies in pattern were worked with Hobby Lobby I Lover This Yarn! in City Beats and Painted Canyon.

Easy Coffee Cozy Crochet Pattern

Materials Needed
  • H 5mm Crochet Hook
  • About 50 yards of Medium #4 Weight Yarn (Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn! City Beats and Painted Canyon used in photos)
  • Scissors
  • Tapestry Needle
Gauge 
  • 1” square = 4 stitches
Stitches Used/Abbreviations (US Terms)

Finished coozy measures approximately 5” x 3.5”

Row 1: FSC 10, turn (or ch 11, SC in 2nd ch from hook)

Row 2 – 42: ch 1, SC across, turn 

Finish off leaving a long tail. Sew last row to first row to form a circle. Join to bottom border. Ch 1, SC around end of rows, join, finish off. Repeat on top border.
