I love camel stitch and the beauty of it. It looks knit but is actually made in the back or third loop of an half double crochet. Which pushes the normal loops you would crochet in to the front. It works up perfectly for this Crochet Ear Warmer.
After making the Ana Beanie and with that stitch, I decided there needed to be an ear warmer. This ear warmer works up quick. The camel stitch gives it perfect stretch also.
The Camel Stitch Ear Warmer Crochet Pattern comes in 8 sizes: newbon, 3mo, 6mo, 1yr, 2yrs, 3-5yrs, 6-10yrs, and adult. It uses worsted weight yarn but can be made with any yarn using the measurements included to alter the stitch count.
The Ear Warmer can be made in 2 different variations: wide and cinched together. I like both variations. I have even cinched the center together and added a wooden button.
