Christmas season is here and I’m a bit behind on this design. I have always wanted to do a stocking pattern but the chaos of this year has pulled me away from designing.
This Stocking Crochet Pattern is an intermediate friendly pattern using Double Crochet Stitches and Post Stitches. If you are familiar with my Textured Fun Square Sampler Blanket Crochet Pattern, then you may recognize these post stitches. And, that may mean there is more Textured Fun Stockings in the works…. yay!
It is worked from the bottom up, in one piece. It sewed after to close the bottom and shape the toe/heel. I like my stockings boxy and to hold their shape.
